1. All activities held in Cunningham Center and Hodges Hall must
be scheduled through the church secretary. No events may be
scheduled otherwise.
2. Meetings, parties, and activities that result in private
financial gain will not be allowed use of the facilities.
3. Users shall provide sufficient liability insurance coverage to
fully protect itself from any liability that may arise and shall
assume full liability for injuries occurring to any persons who are
on the property as a result of the user's program.
4. All fees must be paid through the church office at the time
the event is scheduled. If after two weeks from the time the event
date is reserved the total fees have not been paid, your date will
be removed from the church calendar.
5. Key policy outlined by the Board of Trustees requires that
keys be signed in and out with the church secretary.
6. Rules for the use of the facilities are available from the
church office and are posted at prominent locations in Cunningham
Center and Hodges Hall.
7. Groups permitted to use the facilities:
A. The following will be allowed to use the
facilities without charge for the use of the facility, set up of
tables and chairs, and clean-up.
1. All Broad Street
Church organizations.
2. Church sponsored
groups and classes.
B. Broad Street church members wishing to use
the facilities for weddings, anniversaries, or family functions will
not be charged for the use of the facility; however, the member will
be responsible for the cost of set-up and clean-up according to the
rate schedule listed below:
Set-up Fees: $10.00 per 50 people (i.e. $10.00 for 1-50; $20.00 for
51-100; $30.00 for 101-150; etc.)
Clean-up Fees: $60.00 for Hodges
Hall,
$75.00 for Cunningham Center
C. Non-member individuals and community and
civic groups will be allowed to use the church facilities with
appropriate charges and approval of the Board of Trustees.
Building Use
Fees:
$200.00 per day for
Hodges Hall
$300.00 per day for Cunningham Center
Set-up and clean-up
fees shall be the same as in section B.
D. Weddings. A wedding policy for use by
members and non-members has been adopted by the Church Council.
These policies and related charges are outlined in the pamphlet,
Your Wedding. Copies are available from the church office.
